  1. The Start-Up – Business Start-up Plans for new entrepreneurs (Package includes the following services)

  • Business Model Concept – to determine how the new company plans to operate, compete, and generate revenue to establish the company’s strategic direction or Pathforward

  • Start-up Costs – to project the initial start-up costs, operating expenses, capital resources, legal and accounting fees, marketing, and service fees or product prices; and the development of mission and vision statements and the company’s values

  • Competitive Analysis – to identify your competitive advantage (“What distinguishes your company from your competitors?”) and market niche

  • Break-Even Analysis – to identify the fixed and variable costs

  • Marketing Plan – how to market your products and/or services

  • Service and/or Product Pricing – determining the best pricing structure for your products and/or services in relation to your competitors

  • SWOT Analysis – identify the company’s Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats to assess the company’s capabilities

  • Performance Measurements – the development of goals, metrics, targets, and action plans to track and monitor your company’s success rate and performance level

  1. The Growth Strategy – a holistic business growth strategy (each service can be purchased separately - $1,000 per each Service, or as a Package)

  • Business Growth Strategy - a plan of action or formalized roadmap to achieve your company’s Vision, growth and expansion goals, objectives, and performance measurements (In other words; “What is your Company’s vision for growth and How will you get there, or How will you do it?”)

  • Strategic Growth Valuation – to establish an estimated baseline on the company’s market value at the “Enterprise Level” (and not on the value of each member’s or investor’s percentage of shares or interests) to measure the company’s future or strategic growth valuation

  • Financial Analysis & Modeling  - to project your company’s future growth, cash flow, capital investments, and potential earnings

  1. The Expansion Essentials – to assist and guide companies in the overall development and improvement of their business processes, policies, procedures, and performance measures (each service can be purchased separately - $1,000 per each Service)

  • Strategic Management – to assist companies in the strategic development process and oversight of the Strategy execution phases as part of the company’s overall business process and culture

  • Policy development – to assist companies in the drafting of corporate and departmental policies and procedures (e.g., Human resources, operations, marketing, financial, Health & Safety, Information Technology, etc)

  • Performance Management – to assist companies in the development of goals, objectives, targets, metrics, and balanced scorecards to track, monitor and evaluate the company’s overall performance and success rate

  • Risk Management – to identify, evaluate, and minimize the company’s financial and operational risks and threats

  • Change Management Communication Strategy – to assist companies in the development of an effective communication strategy and plan to inform and educate the company’s employees on the Company’s organizational changes (for the implementation of the above Expansion Essentials) and to enhance its new organizational culture

  1. The Maturity Relaunch – to assist companies in innovative and creative solutions in the relaunching of their products, services, and/or markets; and the streamlining of the business processes to improve operational efficiencies (Each service can be purchased separately - $1,500 per each Service)

  • Relaunch Business and/or Marketing Strategy – (1) to assist companies in the revision of their business strategy for organizational changes such as divestitures, restructurings, consolidations, and acquisitions or mergers; (2) to develop creative and innovative marketing strategies for the development of new products, targeted markets, and distribution channels; new product or service pricing strategies; and/or rebranding or redesigning existing products; all in an effort to revitalize your competitive advantage

  • Process Improvements Plans – developing ideas and solutions to streamline and improve the organization’s business processes and eliminate or minimize waste and inefficiencies

  • Financial Restructuring Analysis & Modeling  - to project your company’s restructuring scenarios,  and projected re-growth estimates, cash flow, capital investments, and potential earnings

  • Merger & Acquisition Integration Plan (Pre & Post Closure) – to identify, advice and guide companies on the operational, administrative, information technology, business processes, facilities, office space, marketing, cultural, and policy acquisition/merger integration issues to ensure a smoother transition

  1. The Transition Plan  – The development of an integrated framework that takes into consideration the business owner’s financial and personal goals; the Transition Options; the value of the business; and the development of a Transition Growth Strategy to maximize the value of your business (Package includes the following services)

  • Transition Plan – for business owners who plan to sell, transfer, or gradually transition their ownership (shares or stock interests) internally to the next generation of employee(s) or other interested third parties
  • Transition Growth Strategy – a plan of action to assist business owners in maximizing the value of the company before the owner’s retirement
  • Strategic Growth Valuation - to establish an estimated baseline on the company’s market value at the “Enterprise Level” prior to the owner’s retirement (and not on the value of each member’s or investor’s percentage of shares or interests) and measure the company’s future or transition growth values
